In four points of error, appellant contends the trial court improperly admitted four out-of-court statements into evidence as excited utterances, which he claims violated both (1) the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution and (2) the Texas Rules of Evidence. We affirm.
